This page tells you a little about our philosophies concerning everyone's personal responsibilities for their own Energetic clarity and integrity (previously described as Energetic Protection) and gives a few methods that we have found useful and that we know work.

In June 2014 (see more on our homepage) Archaeana Mary Magdalena told me that when we are able to embody LOVE fully (i.e. at all times) by embracing (and vanquishing) all our fears we are fully safeguarded by our own Light... but she emphasised that this does not mean that we should ignore (or not follow) appropriate processes that promote spiritual hygiene and energetic clarity: for — just as we care for our physical and bodily hygiene, health and balance — it makes sense that we do the same on an energetic level for our non-physical bodies. She went on to say that self-care rightly demonstrates great self-love, adding that clearing the non-physical elements of our bodies of anything that may hamper or prevent our energetic health (wholeness); and taking appropriate and positive actions that will promote and enhance our energetic clarity to enable us to hold more Light — which IS, after all, Love! — is important to aid and support our progress.

We are aware that this subject is sometimes controversial, and that some will avow that simply being a Light-worker is enough, as we are always protected by Source, our Guides and the positive energies we work with. Everyone is entitled to their own beliefs, but our many years of experience in working with and teaching about subtle energies have taught us never to assume that we are automatically protected simply because we are following a spiritual path or discipline; and also never to assume that all "spiritual" people are of pure intent! Hence we know that it is good practice to learn to proactively look after your own energies and take responsibility for your spiritual, environmental and energetic health and wellbeing, just as you do for your physical body. Some call this practise energetic/energy field/psychic protection — but it is truly about becoming aware of the subtle energies that are within you and around you; and then — with conscious intent — doing anything that will help clarify and strengthen your auric field and create a safe space for your personal energy: hence the aim of the following sections is to teach you how to work with some subtle energies, tools and techniques that will help you quickly and easily clear, strengthen, maintain and enhance the inherent clarity and integrity of your subtle bodies and auric field.

RESPONSIBLE USE OF ENERGY: YOUR SELF

As you work on your self-healing and growth — and perhaps do more processing to actively clarify and raise your personal frequencies and increase the quantum of Light you can hold — it becomes increasingly important that you practise regular and effective routines to ensure your own energy body and your environs are kept clear, cleansed and charged with the Right energies. Adopting routines for this purpose serves several functions:
Firstly, it demonstrates that you are discerning and responsible in your approach to Energy Work;
Secondly, it helps keep your energy bodies clear and shows your commitment to your growth;
Thirdly, it will help keep you in good health on all levels and support you as you open to Higher Realities;
Lastly, it encourages self-discipline, which will be essential as you progress.

We suggest you follow a routine for your Self on a DAILY basis, and for your environs WEEKLY or as required.

ENERGY BODY ROUTINE ("The 3 Cs" — clearing, charging and connecting):

CLEARING:
This technique clarifies and cleanses you by filling you with violet Light by means of the Violet Flame (see paragraph * that follows).

Call upon the Violet Flame and "see" or visualise it as a flowing stream of violet-coloured Liquid Light. Using your imagination see it entering your physical body through your Pranic Core at the top of your head, and flowing down the core to fill your heart. With each in-breath draw down more of the violet-coloured Light into your heart... and with each out-breath imagine it expanding and flowing outwards from your heart until all of your physical body is completely filled with violet Light, from the top of your head to the tips of your fingers and toes... Having filled your physical body, visualise your aura as an egg-shaped energy field that surrounds your body and extends out from your Pranic Core for at least a metre and a half in all directions; then continue to draw down and expand the violet-coloured Liquid Light as before (a little like blowing up a balloon) until your entire aura is filled with violet Light. Once complete, see or imagine that the outer shell of your aura is covered with a mass of tiny flickering violet-coloured flames.
(Optional) As you expand the Light out through your aura you may also like to make the affirmation: "I AM a Being of Violet Fire" (repeat this statement three times in total).

CHARGING:
This technique both fills you with the pure energy of Source (which you may draw upon as you require) and returns you to a pure state of Being and integral strength by filling you with silvery-blue Light by means of the Magdalene Flame (see paragraph ** that follows).

Call upon the Magdalene Flame and "see" or visualise it as a flowing stream of silvery-blue Liquid Light. Using your imagination see it entering your physical body through your Pranic Core at the top of your head and flowing down the core to fill your heart. With each in-breath draw down more of the silvery-blue Light into your heart... and with each out-breath imagine it expanding and flowing outwards from your heart until all of your physical body is completely filled with silvery-blue Light, from the top of your head to the tips of your fingers and toes... Having filled your physical body, continue to draw down and expand the silvery-blue Liquid Light as before (a little like blowing up a balloon) until your entire aura is filled with silvery-blue Light. Once complete see or imagine that a mass of silvery-blue flames is merging and blending with the violet flames that cover the outer shell of your aura.
(Optional) As you expand the Light out through your aura you may also like to make the affirmation: "I AM the Purity of Source" (repeat this statement three times in total).

CONNECTING:
This technique connects you "up" to your Higher Self and "down" to the Earth's subtle energy field: your Higher Self will surround you with the Gold Light of Universal Christ-Consciousness and the Diamond-White Light of Source for optimal purity and integrity.

Imagine that you are extending your Pranic Core up from the top of your head until it connects to the Dimensional Realms of your Higher Self. (You are always energetically connected to your Higher Self, but taking your attention to this connection by means of seeing your Pranic Core extending "up" helps to reinforce it for you.) Imagine that you are extending your Pranic Core down into the earth a few body-lengths below your feet, and know that you are connecting and grounding yourself firmly into the planet. (You are always energetically connected to the Earth, but taking your attention to this connection by means of seeing your Pranic Core extending "down" helps to reinforce your grounding.) Ask your Higher Self to project the Gold Light of Christ-Consciousness to fully surround you, and imagine your body and aura being totally enclosed in a cylinder of Golden Light, which twists closed above and below you (like a giant Quality Street toffee!). Repeat this three times, so you have 3 layers in total... Then ask your Higher Self to project the Pure Diamond-White Light of Source to fully surround you, and imagine your body and aura being wrapped in a cocoon of sparkling crystalline-white Light.
(Optional) As the Gold Light comes down you may also like to make the affirmation: "The Gold Light of my Christ-Consciousness enfolds and supports me at all times." (repeat this statement three times in total).
(Optional) As the Light comes down you may also like to make the affirmation: "The Diamond-White Light of Source holds me in a constant state of purity and integrity." (repeat this statement three times in total).

* The Violet Flame:
The Violet Flame is an aspect of Divine Light that acts in perfect harmony with any belief system, religion or practice. It is a neutral tool with absolutely no conditions attached to it and is unlimited in its uses. Its general purpose is to adjust the energetic frequencies of negative***thoughts, feelings, deeds etc. and transmute them into a higher vibrational frequency. This helps prepare you to become a more perfect channel for the Light, and supports your personal and spiritual growth. If you wish, you can call upon it to specifically transmute anything you wish to release from your life, (such as fear, sadness, grief, loss, frustration, anger etc.); or to help address physical disorders and health issues. ** The Magdalene Flame:
The Magdalene Flame carries the Divine Feminine aspect of Divine Light and is a mixture of Madonna-blue and silver Light. It holds the Divine Source attributes of innocence, purity and love and promotes a return to the state once held before you took on the density of human third Dimensional (and/or other) experience. Despite the name given, it acts in perfect harmony with any belief system, religion or practice. Its primary purpose is to restore an inner state of innocence, and energise whatever it touches with the Light of absolute Purity and Love. It is an ideal tool to use after applying the Violet Flame, when it acts to refill and charge the energy field with positivity and Light following the release or transmutation of denser energies. *** "negativity" may be defined as anything that restricts your capacity to embody Divine Love and Light.

OTHER TECHNIQUES FOR KEEPING YOUR PERSONAL ENERGIES CLEAR AND HEALTHY:

Extra "tools" you can call upon if/when you feel vulnerable and/or need extra support:

1) Archaeon Michael is relentless in his protection and defence of those who wish to live in the Light. If you ever feel unsafe call him to come and place his wings and/or hooded blue cloak around you, and know that he safeguards you completely.
2) If you are super-sensitive to external energies or influences you can ask the gnomes (the elementals of earth) to make you a suit of armour. You may see or visualise this to be made of any material you choose, but it is always useful to make its outside metallic and shiny.
3) Your gnomes can also be asked to make and fit "solar shields" (domes of fine golden mesh) which will sit over each chakra centre like a little cap and help reduce or balance your sensitivity.

PROTECTIVE EGG VISUALISATION:
This visualisation is an additional technique that is useful for clearing your auric field and strengthening its outer "shell". When practised regularly it is quick and easy to do.

Contract your consciousness (whatever you see or think to be "you") to the smallest possible space you can at your centre of your physical body... Then imagine a strong shell forming around this space, as if "you" are within a tiny egg. The outer skin of the shell should be a mirrored surface of silver or gold, but the inner surface can be whatever colour and texture you are comfortable with (or need)... Now imagine or "see" yourself slowly expanding the shell outwards with every breath you take, pushing the shell outwards from your centre so that it clears away anything held in your energy field that is not of your own pure essence, until it is large enough to fully surround your entire body and aura (which is naturally egg-shaped).
(Optional) If you feel vulnerable or need to be less "visible", you can cover your egg with an invisibility cloak (think Harry Potter!), or with something that looks like camouflage netting.

RESPONSIBLE USE OF ENERGY — YOUR SPACE

THE GOLD AND PLATINUM NET & THE VIOLET FLAME:
T his process can help sweep your home or working environment or energy field clear of negative or stagnant energy.

The Gold Light stabilises and holds all Structure and Form, whilst Platinum Light's High frequency energy has the power to clear negative, disharmonious or imbalanced energies on any level. Together they effectively energetically cleanse a physical space and/or energy field. The body of the Net (which is created by thought and intention) is composed of strands of Gold Light around which are wound finer strands of Platinum Light: the Gold strands keep the structure in integrity; the Platinum strands emit a silvery-grey "electrically charged" energy, which acts to clear undesirable negativity and restore harmony and balance. The Net can also be charged with the Violet Flame so that all the "gaps" of the lattice are filled with Violet Light, ensuring that any negativity is both cleared and transmuted.

To use the Net for space clearing, you need firstly to ask for its presence; affirm its nature; and then ask your Guides to help your Higher Self pass it through your space in three different directions. It is suggested that you use the following wording, stating it aloud or in your head: "I ask my Guides and Higher Self to help me create a Net of Gold and Platinum Light, and charge it with the Power of the Violet Flame" ... pause for this to happen (it may help to visualise or imagine the Net looking like a large appropriately coloured fishing net or sieve with adjustable sized mesh that is filled with violet Light) ... THEN "I now ask that it be passed through this building / room (or as applicable) from side to side*... (pause for this to happen) from back to front*... (pause for this to happen) and from above to below*... (pause for this to happen)..."
*With each pass through the space, visualise or imagine that the diameter of the Net's lattice decreases, so that the final pass through the space uses a very fine mesh.

THE MERCURY BARRIER:
This technique uses an etheric construct made of Liquid Light that has the appearance of liquid mercury. This Light can be used to create a very effective energy-shield or barrier that can keep a space clear and free of most forms of negativity; and/or to create a tool that will help you clear, cleanse and maintain the integrity of a designated space.

AS A MINIMUM it is worthwhile using a mercury barrier to fill the entryway people generally use to access your property or designated space, ensuring that nothing comes in that you do not want - including unwanted non-physical entities and energies (what we call "clingons") attached to people who enter or pass through your space. It is also useful for cleansing your non-physical self on return from astral travel. (To do this, place a mercury box around the space where your physical body and aura is resting prior to travel - you will have to pass through it on leaving and re-entering your body, thus ensuring you only bring back what you left with! NB: if erecting a temporary barrier for this reason, don't forget to demolish it when you are safely returned!) You can create and erect a mercury barrier in doorways, porches, halls and thoroughfares; or create one to fill a window, or an internal doorway, or to surround any other designated area that you are responsible for — such as your personal space at / in your workplace:

To erect a MERCURY BARRIER firstly visualise the area where you want it to be. If there are no existing physical boundaries to work within (such as an entrance porch) create some by using "imaginary" glass or Perspex... Next visualise or "see" the whole area being filled with Light that looks like silvery-grey liquid mercury... Once it is filled, leave it in position and replenish it as need be* (To do so, you may either demolish it and go through the whole process again; or simply see additional mercury liquid-light topping it up, until you feel that it is full again).
* this will depend on the frequency the space is entered, and the types of energy passing through it.

You may also use a mercury barrier to completely enclose and surround a space; and can also perform a MERCURY SWEEP to clear said space of unwanted or undesirable energies:
To do this firstly visualise the space you wish to safeguard and clear, and - using your imagination — create a six-sided Perspex or glass box to completely enclose it (the box should have four sides, a base, and a top; each of which should be double-skinned, like a sealed double-glazing unit)... then with intention move one of the side walls through the space until it touches the one opposite it... and then fill each of the six "double glazed" units with Light that looks like silvery-grey liquid mercury... once complete, pull or slide the unit you had moved back through the box — thus sweeping the inside of the box with a wall of mercury Light, leaving you with a cleared space held safely within a mercury box.

BALL OF LIGHT VISUALISATION:
This technique is useful for space clearing, charging and shielding. We use it for our home and workshop spaces.

To do the process, begin by centering yourself and clearing your mind...

Then bring your attention to your Centre, and see a fiery ball of light there (often within the heart, or solar plexus)... then visualise bringing this ball out into your hands, and catch it about 6" in front of you at the same level... Using your hands to direct the ball, push it gently down the front of your body and then pass it on past your feet and into the Earth. Envisage it travelling down until it meets the fiery red energy at the Earth's core, and allow this to charge the ball... When you feel it has been energised, draw it back up through the Earth, trailing behind it a ribbon of red light... and when that reaches the bottom of the space you wish to clear and charge, allow the ribbon to enter the space, as if plugging in a hollow tube, or hosepipe... Allow the ribbon to draw up enough red Light to fill the entire space with red energy — perhaps see it like red water slowly filling the space. Pay attention to any areas which are dark, or don't easily allow the red energy in. Concentrate the energy here and allow it to build, until it succeeds in filling that area.

Once the whole space is completely full of red energy, send the ball of red light up and out into the sky, until you find a pure white energy source, which will look like a distant, very bright star... Allow the ball to fill with this energy, and when it has done this, draw it back down to you through the sky, pulling a white ribbon of light behind it... When that reaches the top of the space you wish to clear and charge, allow the ribbon to enter the space, as if plugging in a hollow tube, or hosepipe... Allow the ribbon to draw down Pure White Light to fill the entire space with white energy - perhaps see it like a white liquid or mist slowly filling the space. Pay attention to any areas which are dark, or don't easily allow the white energy in. Concentrate the energy here and allow it to build, until it succeeds in filling that area.

Once the space is completely full, send the ball of Light out of the space and visualise it encircling the whole of your designated space above, below and to each side, wrapping it completely in a huge "bandage" made of diamond-white Light.
Finish your wrapping at the top of the space, and allow it to be sealed with an object, which will vary from time to time, but will be significant - it could be a pin, a flower, a butterfly, an Angel etc.

Finally return the ball of Light to your Centre.

(Optional) If you choose, you may then imagine a large camouflage net being dropped over your space, or the entire building in which your space is situated. This is to bring its light level to that of your surroundings, so that you do not stand out like a beacon, attracting the wrong sort of attention! You may need to place more than one net over, depending on the level of brightness of your space. Put one in place first and then keep going until you feel happy the level is right — but don't overdo it, as you want to blend in, not stand out!

QUADRUPLE GRID TECHNIQUE:
This technique can be used for both your personal space and your environment. We use a personally adapted version all the time for our home environs, and for our own energies when working. Details of the FULL technique were on the original 'Alchemical Mage' website, but it now appears that the only place to find it is in the book "What is Lightbody" (ISBN 978-0-9627209-5-6) written by Archangel Ariel and Tashira Tachi-Ren.
The technique WE use has been adapted by us, and we reproduce that adapted technique here with thanks to the originators of the full technique who are the source of the material, and the copyright holders. We can thoroughly recommend that book to all Lightworkers!

We have found the Quadruple Grid to be extremely useful in shielding our home and property; and also to be a very effective tool for shielding our individual energy field (aura) or integral personal spaces such as our car if we are travelling:
For PERSONAL USE, you simply adapt the version set out below by substituting the words ...'my home and property' with words such as ...'my car' or ...'my energy field, regardless of Plane or Dimension'.

We find the grids around our property need renewing about once per month: when we do so, we change the wording to ask Michael, Grace Elohim and Zeor Continuum to repair, strengthen and re-energise their grids as necessary (e.g. "Legions of Michael: grid level one, my home and property. Please repair, strengthen and re-energise your grid as necessary…" etc.) The wording etc for Circle Security remains the same.
If using the grids to shield your personal energy field / aura you should renew or recharge and repair them daily.  

We have also found that working with simple statements of intent (i.e the words within "quotation marks") alongside imagery has the same result as doing the full process given in the book (see ISBN above). 'Imagery' means visualising/imagining/seeing each grid as a shape that fully encloses your property (home and garden, as applicable) in ALL directions, including above and below - OR if you use the grids for a smaller space like your car or personal auric field simply see them as appropriately sized spheres / egg shapes that fully surround whatever you wish to shield. You will get a sense of knowing when each grid is complete and charged: there is often a feeling of movement or colour and you may sense or see the structure being put in place. When all feels settled and balanced, you can seal that grid and move on to the next.

QUADRUPLE GRID (INNER LIGHT VERSION) for your home & property:
"Legions of Michael: grid level one, my home and property. Please infuse grid with your protective and positive energies."
(Pause while this * occurs) Then (when complete): "Please seal your grid, Thank you."
(*You might visualise this grid as a gridwork of interlocking metallic royal blue circles of energy forming around the outside of a large shape that surrounds and encloses your home and entire property.)
"Grace Elohim: grid level two, my home and property. Please infuse grid with your protective and positive energies."
(Pause while this * occurs) Then (when complete): "Please seal your grid, Thank you."
(*You might visualise this grid as made up of interlocking pink hexagons with red borders, each connected at their corners with smaller red circles, like a geodesic dome. It surrounds and encloses the first grid.)
"Zeor Continuum: grid level three, my home and property. Please harmonize all Electromagnetic frequencies within this field."
(Pause while this * occurs) Then (when complete): "Please seal your grid, Thank you."
(*You might visualise this grid as being made up of many concentric silver zigzag lines set out in a horizontal array. It encircles and encloses the first two grids.)
"Circle Security: grid level four, my home and property. Please align, harmonise and seal all grids."
(Pause while this * occurs) Then (when complete): "Thank you."
(*You might visualise this grid as 2 cages (one inside the other) made of longitudinal lines of gold Light, the inner one spinning clockwise: the outer one spinning anti-clockwise. These surround and enclose the inner three grids, and will increase their rate of spin until they are both spinning so fast they appear solid.)

A FINAL NOTE:

NEGATIVE SPIRIT POSSESSION:
We are sometimes contacted by people who are experiencing spirit possession of a negative variety. Although we have worked with a few individuals to help them resolve such issues, this is not the primary focus of our work. Hence we recommend that if you are affected by negative energies or entities, and have not been able to clear or resolve them using the techniques outlined above, you contact someone who specialises in this type of work.
